As an LPN with Rosa Nursing Agency, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. Your role will be critical in supporting the healthcare team and ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in long-term care facilities and nursing homes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to the needs of elderly residents.
- Monitor health status, administer medications, and perform routine medical procedures.
- Work collaboratively with facility staff to enhance resident care quality.
- Provide guidance and support to residents\' families.
- Uphold high standards of nursing practice and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Administer nursing care to patients as directed by the supervising RN or physician.
- Monitor and record patient vitals, condition, and progress.
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed.
- Assist with patient hygiene, feeding, and other basic care needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Represent Rosa Nursing Agency with professionalism and compassion at all times.
